The Solar Grid Connected System is a concept where the user can export units of electricity generated by the system to the Grid and opt for a reduction in bill up to 0 (ZERO) units.
In this system, our existing connection remains the same and functions as before. Additionally, we get our own plant working with the synchronized grid. Solar Modules will generate electricity in DC energy. Power Conditioning Unit will convert it into AC energy. The Power Conditioning Unit will also synchronize with the grid. The Control Panel will control and protect the equipment and operations. Two energy meters will be connected; one will measure total generation by the plant and the other will show energy taken from the grid and sent back to the grid.
Every day, the sun provides far more energy than we need to power everything on earth. Solar plants can transform this sunlight into electricity, without requiring any fuel. Moreover, this process does not even have any variable costs. Being a free source of energy, you can start saving money from the moment your solar power system is turned on.
Blackouts or brownouts can become things of the past with more and more people adopting solar power. This boosts the chances of greater electricity grid security, for natural or human-caused disasters.
Traditional electricity relies heavily on fossil fuels. These limited resources come at a high cost and the same often fluctuates, depending upon the availability. By turning to solar energy, you will never have to experience unpredictable and sudden hike in power prices. You can always enjoy cheap electricity, which is hassle-free too.
Solar energy is the key to a cleaner and brighter future. It is an emission-free and renewable energy source. Unlike coal and natural gas, the same does not release harmful pollutants. In fact, it does not even contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and plays a massive role in reducing carbon footprint. Hence, it’s safe and environmentally friendly and a great way to complement mother nature.
Solar energy is a source of viable, efficient and cost-effective power. To generate the same, one can also make use of unutilised, vacant land. This decentralized solar array can easily supply energy to the power grids and illuminate the world.
